All items have been described to the best of our ability. Photographs taken are shown to represent the item as best possible. Sizes are all approximate.
Some of our products are vintage or pre-loved items and as such may have minor defects but this will be made clear in the product description. All vintage and pre-loved items will be labelled as such as part of the packaging.
Payments:
All payments should be made via paypal. Evelyn Chester are looking to provide payment options via debit and credit card in the near future.
Shipping:
UK Shipping only. As part of our ethos to provide beautiful homeware accessories at an affordable price we do not wish to add expensive shipping fees at checkout. Therefore all parcels will be posted daily via Royal Mail Second class postage service unless otherwise requested. The cost of shipping is £3.50 per item plus an additional £1 for each extra item. All orders over £40.00 will trigger free delivery.
If you are local to Evelyn Chester you are welcome to collect from us. Please contact us prior to purchase via the contact form to arrange this.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with any item you have purchased we offer an exchange or full refund provided the item is sent back in unused condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The buyer would be liable to pay any return postage costs unless the item was faulty or damaged. Please note the original postage cost is non-refundable.
If your item should arrive faulty or damaged please contact us via the contact form within 24 hours of receipt to enable me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note I may request photographs of any damaged or faulty items.
If you are sending an item back for refund or exchange, please ensure that the parcel is packaged securely to ensure no damage is caused during transit. Should the item arrive damaged we may not be able to exchange or refund. We cannot take an responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged during transit. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
